Xbox Update: February 2024

It was quite the interesting month.

First – I easily hit the True Achievement Targets which involved getting at least 6 achievements with the cumulative flag, Earn 10 achievements with games that contain the letters L, E, A and P, and starting at least 3 new DLC.

They had a leap year challenge going though where each day, you have to earn 1 more achievement than the previous day. So first day you need to earn 1 achievement. Next day, 2 etc. This goes on until there is a winner.

I knew I wasn’t going to last and win the entire thing but I thought I could maybe make it through February. So I gave it a shot.

Alas, that was not the case. I lasted until February 20th and then I just gave up on it. I came 185th so hell at least I made Top 200.

It was just becoming too much. I’ve been so busy with Book Notification, and I realized it was starting to interfere with that.

However it was certainly a lot of fun and maybe if my workload is less next year and they run it, I’ll tackle it. I also had multiple tattoo appointments in February so that affected my time.

44 games in total. Pretty, preeeettttty good. That New Super Lucky Tales game is one I started because it was on the cloud and I was playing games while walking on the treadmill to get my steps in. Quite enjoyed that one and also discovered just how awesome playing video games on the tmill are – steps go so much faster.
