Fallout 3: The Lone Wanderers Journey Is Over
Well, after 2 playthroughs amounting to about 130 hours, I am finally done Fallout 3. And seriously – what an awesome fucking game.
It is without a doubt, the best video game I have ever played, and I have played a SHITLOAD. It’s just such an awesome experience, and it’s amazing to find a game that big and open with so little flaws. I finished my 2nd playthrough, including Broken Steel, tonight and it was just fantastic. Even though this playthrough was hitting the 70 hour mark, I still felt sad that it was over.
Broken Steel was an awesome addition to the game, and if you haven’t bought it yet you really have to – the level cap going 30, as well as the Broken Steel quests, are all awesome.
I went through this playthrough as a bad guy. However after being a complete cunt to everyone that I met, I just couldn’t end the game on a sour note. So after beating it, I stocked up on ammo, and then I headed to Paradise Falls, where Eulogy and his slaver buddies were hanging out.
You know the rest.
Anyway – awesome fucking game, now it’s time to sell it and move on with my life……
Until Fallout: New Vegas that is 🙂

My favourite thing in the world…
…is cooking.
Everyone that knows me, knows I am a workaholic. I’m always working. I rarely sit down and watch TV or sports without my laptop. Even when I don’t have my laptop, and am out for a walk or something, I’m always thinking about work. I think that’s one reason I love cooking so much – because I really “get away” from it all, and lose myself in cooking.
I’m not a chef, nor do I pretend to be. I don’t go through recipe books, and make Swordfish or anything like that. I’m never a fan of change – I stick with what I like, and I perfect it, then I make it over and over again.
Today was a great day, because I decided to make my vegetarian chili. This takes about 3-4 hours overall, and it also means I watch TV or movies while doing it. Today was an even better day because I started to watch the Sopranos, and I fucking LOVE it and am hooked, and it’s rare that I really get into a TV show like this. So yes, just a wonderful day all round.
Here are some pics of the vegetarian chili – I’ll type up the recipe another time – this is it cooking on the stove:
And inside that big mothafucking pot:
It may not look the greatest, but trust me it is absolutely fucking delicious, plus so good for you too. And if you enjoy farting – oh boy, with all the beans in it, THIS is the meal for you.
While waiting for it to cook I decided to make my patented peanut butter chocolate chip cookies:
The big empty space in the middle is because I couldn’t resist eating them before taking the picture lulz. So good.
Anyway, a nice relaxing, mentally refreshing day. I need more days like this.
