Fallout 3: Incredibly Awesome

That’s really the only way I can describe Fallout 3: “Incredibly Awesome”.  I mean – I played it for a couple of hours on Friday an was enjoying it, but I never really got sucked into it until today.  After working hard all morning, I decided to take a break for “an hour” and play some Fallout 3.  I think that was about 1:30pm – and I finally turned it off at 6pm.  Then when the wife went to bed, it was back to playing it again.  It’s amazing just how sucked in you get with a game like that, I was doing one quest then I got distracted by another quest, then yet another quest.  And it has some SCARY ASS SHIT in it too – I’m definitely going to be playing it every night in the dark with my surround sound headphones on.  There was at least two moments tonight where I pretty much just crapped myself playing it.

So what else is happening?  Well shit – I was doing pretty well with work until I got hooked by Fallout 3.  I can’t even remember what I did today, but I know it was a lot.  Current To Do List: 21, and shrinking by the moment.  There’s a whole bunch of stuff I will hopefully bang out tomorrow to whittle it down even further.  Anyway I really need to head to bed here if I can even sleep after playing that fucking game.  God, SO AWESOME.
