Replying to Cody

Good ol Cody Webster from the grand old days of the Scotsmanality forum showed up to comment on my last two posts. I thought rather than reply there I would just start a new post.

That’s pretty spot on. I really can’t get into on a personal level either with the games and writing on people’s wall.

This one was about facebook. I ended up cancelling my account today. I logged in, and it wanted to connect me to all these profile pages for like Home Alone and things like that. The thing is everything was checkmarked by default, and it would take over 5 minutes to uncheck them all. That was pretty much the last straw.

It’ll be hard leaving facebook. All the BS aside, it was a nice easy way to communicate with friends, and keep updated with peoples lives etc. But I’m just too concerned about the privacy issues.

Of course they won’t close your account for 14 days, and if you log in during that period it automatically cancels the deactivation. What fucking cunts.

You have money on him? Belcher was one of the few picks I got right last night. Fucking Kimbo, Stout, Machida.

That was about the Cote post. I forget who I had money in – it wasn’t Cote. Me and Brando bet two fights – but that was it. I couldn’t be bothered betting much this time. Still, was a fucking awesome show with phenomenal seats and I can’t complain 🙂
