January – a Jetsetting month!

Well, from the looks of things January is going to be a bit of a crazy time for me in regards to travel.  As I mentioned earlier in the blog, I’m definitely going up to Edmonton on my birthday, to see Norm McDonald and hang out with Marky Mark.  That’s the Friday, January 23rd and I was planning on returning Monday, January 26th.  However then I realized that CAP London – which is a big gambling convention – is on January 29th to February 1st.  So now I am thinking that I will fly straight from Edmonton to Glasgow, spend a few days with my mum and sister, then from there fly to London for the conference.  Then after the conference is over, fly to Manchester to meet up with Taff and go to the Man Utd vs Everton game on the Monday, before returning on the Tuesday.

Yeah, quite the crazy time.  So in the space of just over a week, including stopovers, it’ll be Kingston -> Toronto -> Calgary -> Edmonton -> Calgary -> London -> Glasgow -> London -> Manchester -> Toronto -> Kingston.  Yikes.  Really does sound appealing though, so I’m gonna sleep on it and decide probably tomorrow.
